If you upgrade from Free to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. Email/ticket support is enough — no questions asked.
For ongoing subscriptions cancelled mid-period, a prorated credit is issued for the unused days. The credit is automatically applied to future invoices, or refunded to the original payment method on request.
Open Settings → Billing → Refund Preview in the dashboard to see the estimated amount before opening a refund ticket.
Annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window are refunded for the unused full months only. Partial months are not refunded.
Open a support ticket from Tickets → New Ticket with category Billing. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate by replying to the ticket. Repeated chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
