Refund Policy

This document is a non-binding template. It does not constitute legal advice. The operator of this Meldry instance should have it reviewed and customized by qualified legal counsel before relying on it.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade from Free to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. Email/ticket support is enough — no questions asked.

2. Prorated refunds on cancellation

For ongoing subscriptions cancelled mid-period, a prorated credit is issued for the unused days. The credit is automatically applied to future invoices, or refunded to the original payment method on request.

3. Refund preview

Open Settings → Billing → Refund Preview in the dashboard to see the estimated amount before opening a refund ticket.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window are refunded for the unused full months only. Partial months are not refunded.

5. Non-refundable items

  • One-time setup fees (none today, but listed for clarity).
  • Add-on credits that have already been consumed (e.g. extra bandwidth bursts).
  • Workspaces suspended for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. How to request

Open a support ticket from Tickets → New Ticket with category Billing. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate by replying to the ticket. Repeated chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
